These frogs are harvested from the Everglades; you heard right. Delicious and wild, frog legs tend to have the texture of chicken but a much more delicate flavor that sits between fish and poultry. The quintessential cooking method is slightly dredged with flour and pan fried in clarified butter. Add some lemon and parsley; voila!

Each pound has between 6-8 frog legs.
